BIDDER AUTHORIZES DSC FOUNDATION TO CHARGE BIDDER’S CREDIT CARD FOR THE FULL AMOUNT (PLUS BUYER'S PREMIUM) OF EACH SUCCESSFUL BID PLACED BY BIDDER IMMEDIATELY UPON THE CLOSE OF EACH INDIVIDUAL SALE. All sales are final. NO RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE WILL BE ACCEPTED. No payments will under any circumstances be accepted from any third party not being a successful qualified bidder. Bidders’ names and addresses to which the merchandise must be delivered may not be changed after date of sale.

1) All items not retrieved during the Gala will return to the DSC office for safekeeping.
2) To make arrangements for pickup/shipping post-event, contact Christie Selle on or after June 24th at christie@biggame.org.
3) Shipping costs are at winner's expense.
4) DSC Foundation assumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items.
5) Hard item merchandise cannot be shipped or picked up until DSC Foundation confirms full payment has been received.
