Outfitter Jaco Oosthuizen of Game Trackers Africa has donated a one-of-a- kind 10-Day Conservation Management Big Game Safari in the famous Caprivi / Zambezi Region of Namibia. This incredible safari opportunity will include the chance to hunt bull elephant, Cape buffalo, hippo, and zebra. This Conservation Through Hunting initiative will see all game meat harvested during the hunt distributed to the local communities of the East Caprivi Conservancies for their annual tribal festival to take place at the palace of the Royal Family. The lucky hunter may also participate in approved festival celebrations and activities. This unique safari opportunity was designed to allow the outfitter to contribute to the education process of local communities in terms of wildlife and wildlife habitat protection of this beautiful ecosystem. The emphasis behind this hunt donation is Conservation, with the hunter targeting old, past prime males which will NOT BE EXPORTABLE. The hunting experience, and the chance to support local game management is the focus of this tremendous safari donation! However, this hunt can be upgraded depending on available quota, to include exportable trophy animals that can be taken during your Conservation Management Hunt on a separately issued license. Included in this hunt is Outfitting, guide fees, accommodations & meals for one hunter during the safari, including all tags and permits pertaining to the donation. Not included is pre and post hunt hotel accommodations and related transfers and any commercial flights, international flights, dipping, shipping and expediting of exportable trophies if any are taken. This safari must be taken during the last two weeks of July in 2021 or 2022 to coincide with the Royal Festival dates. DSC FOUNDATION THANKS OUTFITTER JACO OoSTHUIZEN Of GAME TRACKERS AFRICA FOR THIS INCREDIBLE DONATION.
