8-day 1x1 moose rifle hunt for one hunter in northern British Columbia, Canada (Muncho Lake area) - includes trophy fee for best available moose. This hunt is available fall 2026 only (see below for more details) and may be upgraded to include mountain goat at $10,000 +tax or mountain caribou at $15,000+tax (caribou hunting will be subject to tag availability as outfitter has limited quota). Additional hunters and non-hunters are welcome at current rates. Transportation during the hunt is mostly by horseback and spot & stalk. This package includes field prep, dip & pack service, RT ground transfers from Fort Nelson, B.C. to camp, cabin or canvas tent accommodations with wood stove, hunting license, non-alcoholic beverages and all meals. Not included are transportation to shipper, RT air charter (in-area transportation) flights by bush plane at $3,500 +tax, trophy fees for other animals taken or wounded, additional shipping fees, exporting license fees, taxidermy, travel insurance, liquor and gratuities. NOTE: $3,500 deposit is required at booking to secure hunt dates and will be applied toward air charter. Trip dates are August 29-September 8, 2026 (total of 11 days). Opening day of moose season is September 1st; therefore the days in August will be used for travel to remote camp and pre-hunt scouting to locate target animals. It is also very convenient to target additional animals (mountain goat or mountain caribou) during these early days of the trip. DSCF references include Ben & Angela Carter. Shipping Details:
Shipping arrangements/payments are solely between winning bidder, the shipper of their choice and/or donors. DSC Foundation assumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No hard item merchandise will be delivered to buyers until DSC Foundation bank confirms full payment has been received. All hard merchandise may not be shipped until 30 days after the close of auction.

All sales are final. NO RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE WILL BE ACCEPTED. No payments will, under any circumstances, be accepted from any third party not being a successful qualified bidder. Bidders’ names and addresses to which the merchandise must be delivered may not be changed after date of sale.

Online Auction Terms and Conditions
1) Winner’s credit card on file will be charged the full amount for each successful bid. Winner will receive a paid invoice at the completion of the auction.
2) In the event the card is declined, DSC Foundation (DSCF) will make one attempt to contact the winner to obtain a new form of payment. If the bidder cannot be reached, DSCF may, in its sole and absolute discretion, re-sell the related item. Online bidders are encouraged to remain available via cell phone during the bidding process.
3) Firearms will be shipped by DSCF’s FFL licensee to the auction winner’s designated FFL licensee at the auction winner’s expense.
4) Online winners will be assessed a Buyer's Premium 5% or $300 (whichever is less) on the total winning bid amount for each online purchase. The Buyer’s Premium will be included in the total charged for each item.
5) Online bidders agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted during the online auction.
6) DSCF reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction.
7) If bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the online auction in any way, bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the online auction before items have been purchased.
8) DSCF reserves the right to terminate bidder registration and use of the online auction, and impose limits on certain features of the online auction or restrict bidder access to, or use of, part or the entire online auction without notice or penalty.
9) DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY: All GOODS in the live auctions, silent auctions and raffles have been acquired or obtained from third parties. The winning bidder acknowledges that the GOODS have not been inspected by DSCF and is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, bullets, or other hard items to secure a competent inspection and test of the GOODS before use. GOODS ARE SOLD “AS IS” WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS AND WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THE PART OF DSCF. DSCF MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM THE SAME. DSCF does not accept any responsibility or liability for any product, design or use. Any written warranties with respect to the GOODS delivered to the purchaser are those solely of the manufacturer or their agents and shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the manufacturer. All firearms obtained for this event will be transferred in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. All SERVICES (hunts, custom items or otherwise) in the live auctions, silent auctions and raffles have been acquired from and are to be furnished by third parties and contain the same reservation set forth under “GOODS” above. SERVICES ARE SOLD “AS IS” WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS AND WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THE PART OF DSCF. DSCF MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS THE SAME. No SERVICES are to be or will be performed by DSCF and DSCF shall bear no responsibility for the delivery or quality of any of the SERVICES or for any loss or damages arising from or related to or connected with the performance or nonperformance of such SERVICES. The winning bidder further acknowledges that in the event services are purchased, DSCF cannot be responsible for or liable for any political unrest, pandemic or instability that may occur inside or outside the confines of the United States, nor can DSCF be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise therefrom. The winning bidder further acknowledges that his/her purchase is final and non-refundable under any and all circumstances, and that should legal action be required to collect for the services acquired by the high bidder at the auction, DSCF shall be entitled to all reasonable attorney’s fees, cost of court and interest as provided by law.
10) Bidder acknowledges that the online auction bidding phase is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. DSCF will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on DSCF`s or bidder`s end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a bidder`s internet connection, computer or system. DSCF does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
12) DSCF may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding, and re-sell any goods that were affected by any malfunction.
13) CHARITABLE DEDUCTION QUALIFICATIONS. DSCF is a qualified charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. Donations to DSCF are deductible under Section 170(c) of the Internal Revenue Code. Amounts paid for an item in excess of stated value may qualify for charitable deduction. Consult your tax professional for the deductibility of amounts paid for auction purchases.
12) AUCTION CREDIT POLICY FOR DSCF. Disputes regarding auction items purchased during the DSCF Convention, or at any other time, shall be submitted to the DSCF Board in writing and shall detail the basis for the dispute and the grounds supporting a refund. The DSCF Board may, in its sole and absolute discretion, approve an auction credit for the amount paid, deny relief, or, in extraordinary circumstances, approve a refund of the amount paid. Without limitation, credits or refunds will not be given if the auction winner is unable to utilize the purchased item in the time described in the auction description due to illness, work conflicts, personal or family conflicts or death(s), travel delays, or cancellations or any other similar matters affecting the auction buyer that are outside of the control of DSCF. DSCF’s auction credit policy will not apply to any auction item for which the Donor and Buyer alter or vary the terms set forth for the item in the auction catalog or any other description of the auction item prepared and/or disseminated by DSCF. If a refund or credit is approved by the DSCF Board for any auction item the proceeds of which are to be paid to or split with any third-party beneficiary, the refund or credit will not exceed the net amount allocable to DSCF for such item. All credit or refund decisions are within the sole discretion of the Board of DSCF and all Board decisions are final. DSCF reserves the right to terminate bidder registration and use of the online auction, and impose limits on certain features of the online auction or restrict bidder access to, or use of, part or the entire online auction without notice or penalty.
