Deep in the heart of South Texas lies the most unique hunting experience you can imagine, where traditional daytime and afternoon hunting from blinds is available during the daylight hours, but after dark is where the real fun begins. This is a 4-day/3-night 2x1 thermal hog rifle hunt for up to four hunters in Duval County, Texas - includes no limit of hogs and $1,000 trophy credit per hunter towards additional species. Thermal Ranch spans over 2,500 acres of both true low-fence, free-range hunting combined with a neighboring high-fenced game reserve and has 10 permanent, modern hunting blinds for maximum comfort. This hunt is available year-round in 2023 or 2024 and may be upgraded to include bobcat and javelina at $1,500 each. Axis, aoudad and other exotics are avialable at $3,500-$6,500 with prior request to trip. Additional hunters are welcome at current rates; non-hunters are welcome at $200/day. Transportation during the hunt is mostly by vehicle with hunting done from blinds over feeders with thermal scopes. This package includes field prep, modern lodge accommodations with indoor fireplace, walk-in cooler, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, outdoor fire pit, state-of-the-art hunting rifles, scopes and gear, use of multiple 500-yard and 1,000-yard shooting ranges, beverages and all meals. Not included are RT ground transfers from Corpus Christi International Airport to ranch at $500, hunting license, trophy fees for additional species exceeding the credit and gratuities. Shipping arrangements/payments are solely between winning bidder, the shipper of their choice and/or donors. DSC Foundation assumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No hard item merchandise will be delivered to buyers until DSC Foundation bank confirms full payment has been received. All hard merchandise may not be shipped until 30 days after the close of auction.

Online Auction Terms and Conditions
1. Winner’s credit card on file will be charged the full amount for each successful bid. The winner will receive an immediate email acknowledgment at the conclusion of the bidding phase followed by a paid invoice once their payment has been processed.
2. In the event the card is declined, DSC Foundation (DSCF) will make one attempt to contact the winner to obtain a new form of payment. If the bidder cannot be reached, DSCF may, in its sole and absolute discretion, re-sell the affected item. Online bidders are encouraged to remain available via cell phone during the bidding process.
3. Firearm purchases. Firearms will be shipped by DSCF’s FFL licensee to the auction winner’s designated FFL licensee at the auction winner’s expense.
4. Online winners will be assessed a Buyer's Premium (5% or $250, whichever is less) on the total winning bid amount for each online purchase. The Buyer’s Premium will be included in the total charged for each item.
5. Silent Auction Timed Bidding: If a bid is placed within one (1) minute of the closing time of a lot, the closing time will be extended by one (1) minute. This process will repeat itself with any bid placed within the last minute of the new closing time. It does not matter when the bid is placed within the last minute.
6. Online bidders agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted during the online auction.
7. DSCF reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction.
8. If bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the online auction in any way, the bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue the use of the online auction before items have been purchased.

11. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY FOR DSCF.
GOODS: All goods in the live auctions, silent auctions, and raffles have been acquired or obtained from third parties. The high bidder acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by DSCF and is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, bullets, or other weapons to secure a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. GOODS ARE SOLD “AS IS” WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS AND WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THE PART OF DSCF. DSCF MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS THE SAME. DSCF does not accept any responsibility or liability for any product, design or use. Any written warranties with respect to the goods delivered to the purchaser are those solely of the manufacturer or their agents and shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the manufacturer. All firearms obtained for this event will be transferred in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. SERVICES: All services (hunts or otherwise) in the live auctions, silent auctions, and raffles have been acquired from and are to be furnished by third parties and contain the same reservation set forth under “GOODS” above. SERVICES ARE SOLD “AS IS” WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS AND WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THE PART OF DSCF. DSCF MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS THE SAME. 12. Bidder acknowledges that the online auction bidding phase is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. DSCF will not be responsible for errors or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on DSCF`s or bidder`s end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a bidder`s internet connection, computer or system. DSCF does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
13. DSCF may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding, and re-sell any goods that were affected by any malfunction.
14. CHARITABLE DEDUCTION QUALIFICATIONS
DSCF is a qualified charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. Donations to DSCF are deductible under Section 170(c) of the Internal Revenue Code. Amounts paid for an item in excess of the stated value may qualify for a charitable deduction. Consult your tax professional for the deductibility of amounts paid for auction purchases.
15. AUCTION CREDIT POLICY FOR DSCF. Disputes regarding auction items purchased during the DSCF Convention, or at any other time, shall be submitted to the DSCF Board in writing and shall detail the basis for the dispute and the grounds supporting a refund. The DSCF Board may, in its sole and absolute discretion, approve an auction credit for the amount paid, deny relief, or, in extraordinary circumstances, approve a refund of the amount paid. Without limitation, credits or refunds will not be given if the auction winner is unable to utilize the purchased item in the time described in the auction description due to illness, work conflicts, personal or family conflicts or death(s), travel delays, or cancellations or any other similar matters affecting the auction buyer that are outside of the control of DSCF. DSCF’s auction credit policy will not apply to any auction item for which the Donor and Buyer alter or vary the terms set forth for the item in the auction catalog or any other description of the auction item prepared and/or disseminated by DSCF. If a refund or credit is approved by the DSCF Board for any auction item the proceeds of which are to be paid to or split with any third-party beneficiary, the refund or credit will not exceed the net amount allocable to DSCF for such item. All credit or refund decisions are within the sole discretion of the Board of DSCF and all Board decisions are final. DSCF reserves the right to terminate bidder registration and use of the online auction and impose limits on certain features of the online auction or restrict bidder access to, or use of, part or the entire online auction without notice or penalty.
